1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Requests for cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase.
1.2. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team via support@exellencier.com, providing your order details and a specific reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Full Refunds:
2.1.1. If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and have not commenced using our software products, platforms, or services, you are eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Partial Refunds:
2.2.1. If you have not commenced using our software products, platforms, or services but the cancellation request is made after 24 hours of purchase, a partial refund may be considered. The partial refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
2.3. Non-Refundable Services:
2.3.1. Refunds will not be issued for any services that have already been rendered or provided to you, or if you have already commenced using our software products, platforms, or services.
2.4. Payment Method:
2.4.1. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
3. Refund Processing Time
3.1. We strive to process refunds within six business days of receiving your valid cancellation request. However, please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
4. Communication
4.1. All cancellation and refund requests with a specific reason for the cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@exellencier.com. Our customer support team will acknowledge your request and guide you through the process.
5. Fair Usage
5.1. To ensure fair usage of our Cancellation/Refund Policy, we reserve the right to reject refund requests that we deem fraudulent or in violation of our terms of service.
